Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic this year EMEA Sweden ( Riksförbundet för ME-patienter (RME)) has arranged a virtual conference that
will be held on 14 October.
The theme for the conference will be "PEM - setbacks that define ME / CFS".
The online conference is free of charge but registration for the conference is mandatory.
Speakers will include two researchers in the European ME Research Group (EMERG) - Professor Kristian Sommerfelt from the University of Bergen and Professor Jonas Bergquist from the University of Uppsala.
From the European ME Clinicians Council (EMECC) will be
Dr Kent Nilsson from the Bragée Clinic in Stockholm.
Other speakers include Professor Betsy Keller from Ithaca College and
Professor Ron Davis from Stanford University, both in USA.
There will be a panel debate afterwards.
The conference will be opened by Kerstin Heiling from RME (also RME's European ME Alliance representative).
